Cancellation Policy

If The Client Cancels

If a client chooses to cancel services for any reason, all deposits remain non-refundable.

Clients remain financially responsible for any completed planning work, approved services, vendor commitments, administrative work, and non-recoverable expenses incurred prior to cancellation.

Cancellations made within thirty (30) calendar days of the scheduled event or service date may remain financially responsible for the remaining balance outlined within the client service agreement.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Life is unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances outside anyone’s control can affect travel, events, or scheduled services.

If unexpected situations arise — including severe weather, emergencies, travel disruptions, illness, venue complications, or other unforeseen circumstances — Aquarian Nation will always do its best to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and explore reasonable rescheduling options whenever possible.

Rescheduling requests are reviewed based on availability, existing commitments, and the scope of the original services booked.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Payments made beyond the initial deposit may be eligible for partial refund consideration depending on the timing of cancellation, completed planning work, vendor commitments, and services already rendered.

Any approved refund may be adjusted based on:

  • Completed planning or coordination work

  • Administrative time already invested

  • Vendor payments or commitments

  • Non-recoverable expenses

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within thirty (30) calendar days of the scheduled event or service date.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days before the original scheduled date whenever possible.

Deposits may be applied toward one (1) rescheduled date, subject to availability.

Additional fees may apply depending on timeline changes, vendor commitments, travel adjustments, or changes to the scope of services.

If Aquarian Nation or required vendors are unavailable on the newly requested date, cancellation terms may apply.

Closing Notice

All payments are non-transferable. Submission of a deposit constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms, along with any additional terms outlined within the client proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
