Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, required documentation, approvals, and payments necessary for services to move forward successfully.
Aquarian Nation reserves the right to decline, pause, modify, or terminate services in situations involving non-payment, harassment, unsafe conditions, dishonesty, violation of agreements, or circumstances that prevent services from being completed responsibly or professionally.
Travel services, vendor services, venues, accommodations, transportation providers, and third-party suppliers operate independently from Aquarian Nation. While every effort is made to coordinate experiences carefully, Aquarian Nation is not responsible for the actions, cancellations, delays, pricing changes, policies, damages, or service failures of third-party providers.
All content, branding, logos, designs, written materials, graphics, photos, service structures, and creative materials associated with Aquarian Nation Events & Travel LLC remain the intellectual property of Aquarian Nation unless otherwise stated in writing.
Aquarian Nation reserves the right to update pricing, services, policies, website content, offerings, and business operations at any time without prior notice.
By engaging with Aquarian Nation services or using this website, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions along with any additional terms outlined within individual service agreements, invoices, proposals, or booking documents.
